SERT : 40 years expertise in Metal Flow Control
Activities : Products and Systems for Metal Flow Control
Since 1965, SERT has developed systems and products for
the improvement of metal flow control, on existing or new casting or pouring machines.
SERT's skills cover every main type of process related to pouring or casting of molten metal, including :
Iron and Steel (Continuous Casting)
- Automatic mould level control
- Automatic tundish level / weight control
- Automatic powder feeding
- Break-out prevention system
- Electric high-precision stopper driving
- Automatic mould filling
- Pouring machine positioning
- Iron level control in channel
(pressure control on pressurized
pouring machine)
- Electric high-precision stopper driving
| Non-Ferrous Metals (Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Zinc...) |
- Metal flow control on continuous
casting (bar, strip, casting)
- Furnace tilting flow control
- Metal level measurement
- Electric high-precision stopper driving
| Leadership position |
