SERT Autostart manages the start-up of the machine, by controlling both extraction speed and stopper-rod, without operator intervention. When the level in the mould reaches the level setpoint, the Autostart control gives the control to the mould level control. This SERT module is installed on the UCN2000 controller, so that Autostart and mould level control are on the same PLC.
