    Famous for over 30 years' as an expert in metal flow control, SERT has developed the first system that meets founders' requirements : the     UCERAM® 2000.

    The system consists of :
  • OptoNum® : multi-measures digital sensor, through
        image analysis, with global vision of the pouring,
  • Controller : acquisition of the data from the optical
        sensor, self-adaptation to the process fluctuation and     synchronisation with the moulding line for optimised     control of the pouring,
  • Electrically driven Stopper
        DEM : electric servo-actuator with brushless motor,
        for fast and accurate pouring,
        MQS : high-precision sealed stopper-rod
        mechanism, for perfect flow control,
  • Supervisor : computer unit for man / machine
        interface and production management. In option, the
        supervisor can be used for data acquisition and
        storage about the pouring results of each mould, for
        purposes of traceability and statistical process
        control.
